Fitty -- My Pillow Talk Ain't Worth 50 Cents

If 50 Cent makes you a promise post-coitus, don't hold him to it.

TMZ has learned 50 Cent is firing back at baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins, who filed a $50 million breach of contract suit. In a response to her suit we've obtained, 50 says anything he said to her is "nothing more than pillow talk and romantic declarations of love."

50 even lays out in the simplest terms -- "If I ever intended to make that kind of commitment to [Tompkins], I would have married her."

Baby Mama's people -- your serve.

Taco Bell's Got Beef with 50 -- Nacho Average Suit

Taco Bell knows about as much about rap music as it does about Mexican food.

In legal papers filed in Federal court, the Bell's lawyers claim 50's tough-talking $4 million trademark infringement lawsuit from this summer was just a publicity stunt -- but it's the personal shots they fire at Fiddy that really spice things up.

Bell's peeps tried to attack 50's credibility, saying his work "falls in the subgenre of hip hop music known as 'gangsta rap,' a style associated with urban street gangs and characterized by violent, tough-talking braggadocio." They also claim that Fiddy only filed the lawsuit to "burnish his gangsta rapper persona" -- 'cause nothing builds street cred like a lawsuit.

50 sued over Taco Bell's lame promo where they offered to give $10K to charity if the rapper changed his name to 79, 89, or 99 Cent.

UPDATE 11:04 ET: Looks like Fitty's still in it to win it: His lawyer tells us "Taco Bell needs to be stopped" and that "Mr. Cent intends to vigorously pursue this case."

Fitty Gets About 50% of What He Wanted

Part of the 50 Cent baby mama drama actually got resolved today -- the parties agreed on a custody arrangement.

Fitty wanted two weekends a month with Marquise, but the judge awarded him one. He did however get one month in the summer and half of the time Marquise is out of school for winter and spring breaks.

All parties are simpatico ... on this. There's still a huge tangle of legal thorns in NYC, Long Island, and Connecticut.

Fiddy Wants Kid About One-Fiddeenth of the Time

50 Cent is going through a whole lotta baby mama drama -- for not a whole lotta time with his kid.

Sources close to the case tell us Fitty wants visitation with 11-year-old Marquise every other weekend, and that's it.

So three separate cases and a whole slew of legal bills -- for not a lot of face time with the kid.

The pair are due in court next Monday.

UPDATE: We're told by Mr. Cent's lawyer Brett Kimmel that he's also looking for a month during the summer and access during school recesses. His request, says Brett, "maximizes the time the child can spend with his father while remaining sensitive to the child's own schedule."

Fiddy Gets Baby from Mama -- No Drama

This might be the most shocking development yet in the 50 Cent baby mama drama: An exchange between the two that didn't end -- or begin -- with fireworks!

We're told that Fiddy picked up his son Marquise yesterday from baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins -- and the drop-off went off "without a hitch"! The rapper and his boy haven't seen each other since before the house where Tompkins and Marquise were living burned down at the end of May.

Fiddy, we're told, will be spending time with Marquise at his home in Connecticut until the middle of next week, when he has to leave the country to film a movie. Explosions will likely resume in September, when the pair have to be back in family court to settle a restraining order.

Judge Gives 50 Cent 14,400 Mins With Lil' Cent

50 Cent got what he wanted in the latest chapter of his baby mama drama -- kind of.

A Long Island judge granted him an unrestricted visit from August 3-12 with Marquise, his son with Shaniqua Tompkins. We're told that both parties had to submit to drug tests at the courthouse before the judge would talk visits, and 50 was clean. Shaniqua tested positive ... for cough meds.

Our spies tell us that Shaniqua claimed in court that 50 is keeping her from using her Land Rover SUV by keeping guards at the site of the house that was engulfed by flames last month. He denies that's the case. Baby mama drama continues on September 15.

Mama to 50 -- Holla At Ya Boy!

50 Cent is in court today to fight for more time with his son Marquise -- but Marquise's mama says that he might want to start by actually talking to him on the phone.

Shaniqua Tompkins told us going into court that her son talked to Papa Cent on his birthday July 6, but Fitty hasn't talked to him since! Meanwhile, baby mama apparently needs new kicks -- her heel broke on the way in!

We just heard that moments ago, both Fiddy and Shaniqua had to take a drug test, and the results will be back any minute. (Fiddy was clean, but Shaniqua tested pos ... for cough medicine.)

Judge to 50: Hang On To That Hizzouse!

A judge has just told 50 Cent he can't sell, unload or otherwise get rid of what used to be his $2 million crib in Long Island -- not until they figure out what caused the fire.

The rapper has also been ordered to put any insurance money he gets from the toasted house in a trust account until his fight with ex-GF Shaniqua Tompkins is resolved.

When we caught up with her after the hearing, baby mama Tompkins maintained that the house was still hers, but didn't go so far as to blame Fiddy for the fire.
