Ashley Dupre -- who actually makes Paris Hilton look virginal, took to the airwaves last night to yap about that little Gov. Eliot Spitzer escort controversy.

Dupre claims she doesn't feel responsible for Spitzer's downfall saying, "If it wasn't me, it would have been someone else. I was doing my job. I don't feel that I brought him down." In one meeting alone Dupre racked in a whopping $4,300 from Spitzer.
Dupre claims she is done with her sellin' her bod and just wants to move on. Good luck with that.

Rihanna was spotted at Cafe Med yesterday in Bev Hills, with more neck bling around her neck than Mr. T.

It would appear from Melanie Griffith's expression that she does indeed pity the fool.

Who knew Antonin Scalia might be into Janet Jackson's breast.
It's true ... The U.S. Supreme Court has been asked to review the 2004 Super Bowl breast incident that led to a $550,000 fine against CBS.
The FCC has asked the Supremes to review the case, after a Federal Appeals Court ruled the fine was bogus because the image on CBS was merely "fleeting."

Looks like Michael Vick is a lot more disturbed than anyone could have imagined.
In just released report, a person identified as confidential witness No. 1 says Vick actually placed family pets in the ring against pit bulls owned by "Bad Newz Kennels" and watched as the animals ruthlessly attacked the domesticated dogs causing "major injuries."
The witness went on to say that Vick "thought it was funny to watch the pit bull dogs injure or kill the other dogs."
A convicted co-defendant in the case said there were times he suggested dogs unwilling to fight be let go, but Vick insisted "they got to go," meaning they need to be killed.
Vick was sentenced to 23 months in prison in Dec. 2007, and is set to be released from the federal prison at Leavenworth, Kan., on July 20, 2009.

Paul Newman loved the stuff in his life that moved fast. That's why the first items he mentioned in his will were his race cars and airplane.
Radaronline.com got a copy of the will, filed in Connecticut. Newman left his property to wife Joanne Woodward, but there was a place for charity as well. Newman left his interest in Newman's Own and Salad King to the Newman's Own Foundation. He also left his Oscars and other theatrical awards to the Foundation.
As for the race cars and planes, they will be sold and become part of the Newman Trust.

Recession or not, it's extremely hard to balance a budget on $40,000 a month. That's why Linda Hogan needs more. Oh did we mention -- she wants Hulk to foot the bill for her 19-year-old boyfriend's nautical tuition?

Charley Hill wants to go to sea school, and Linda wants Hulk to pay for what could be the next Captain & Tennille. Getting back to why $40,000 isn't enough, Linda blew $14 grand at a Bev Hills Doctor's office this week. Hulk says it's for cosmetic surgery.
It may cost him a bundle, but we're thinkin' that divorce is the best move of Hulk's life.

Travis Barker is suing Bombardier Inc., Clay Lacy Aviation and Goodyear Tire and Rubber in connection with the plane crash that severely injured him and killed two of his friends.

The suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, was filed by Barker and the mother of Charles "Che" Still, Travis' bodyguard who died in the crash.
In the lawsuit, Travis and Thelma Martin Still claim "one or more of the tires failed leaving tire debris and portions of airplane components along the 8,600 foot runway" ultimately causing the Learjet to crash.
The suit alleges a "negligent attempt to abort the takeoff." The suit continues, "The pilot's decision was a breach of their duty owed to the passengers onboard and was a substantial factor in causing the crash and resultant injuries and deaths."
The suit also alleges the plane was "defective," as were component parts including the tires.
The suit goes on, "It's landing gear, tires, wheels, brakes, reverse thrust system, squat switches and component parts were not airworthy."
Barker is suing for "pain and suffering, mental anguish, psychological and emotional distress and disfigurement and pre-impact fear of death and burning."
UPDATE: A rep for Clay Lacy just told TMZ, "We are surprised about the lawsuit and concerned and knowledgeable about the accident. We are sympathetic for the victims but we want to emphasize we were not operating this airplane. This was not our airplane. We merely assisted the parties in chartering this aircraft with another company. We simply booked it for them."
